Course Information:Funeral Values Seminar 2014 27-001 Not taking the opportunity to properly align business activities by using intelligent and educated forecasts of future business needs can leave a business vulnerable to competitive threats. Should a client family have a minimal amount of the decision-making responsibility? When a client family wants to make decisions, should they be encouraged? Should you try to discourage and decisions that you personally do not agree with? As in any other business or profession you need to periodically evaluate what you are doing and be able to justify your activities. Society is in a constant state of flux, it is constantly changing. Knowing how to and being willing to keep pace with society is the key to long-term survival. This course asks you to look within yourself and ask; Is my business keeping pace with the needs of society? The Author Jerry Keller graduated from the Kentucky School of Mortuary Science in 1964 and has been involved both directly and indirectly with the Funeral Profession since that time and has been a Certified Bereavement Facilitator since 1997. |
