Continuing Education 8 Hours every year
- including 1 hour OSHA / Bloodborne Pathogens.
License Renewal Date is October 31st every year.
Independent study accepted with a final exam.
Carryover Hours are not permitted.
Exemption:
- 1st year licensee.
