Funeral Values

Using informed forecasts to keep your business aligned with what families value.

Approved in 36 states and 1 province PDF + online quiz Certificate as soon as you pass

About this course

Not taking the opportunity to properly align business activities by using intelligent and educated forecasts of future business needs can leave a business vulnerable to competitive threats. Should a client family have a minimal amount of the decision-making responsibility? When a client family wants to make decisions, should they be encouraged? Should you try to discourage and decisions that you personally do not agree with? As in any other business or profession you need to periodically evaluate what you are doing and be able to justify your activities. Society is in a constant state of flux, it is constantly changing. Knowing how to and being willing to keep pace with society is the key to long-term survival. This course asks you to look within yourself and ask; Is my business keeping pace with the needs of society?
